病人社工 & 家庭

People facing cancer are often scared about what may happen. They may worry about how their loved ones will cope and what the future will be like.

At 亨茨曼癌症研究所, our 病人 & 家庭 支持 social workers help patients deal with these feelings and concerns. They are an important part of your care team.

Social workers help in many ways by providing these services:

  • One-on-one, couples, and family counseling
  • 教育及支援小组
  • 更好的沟通技巧
  • 压力管理
  • Help for depression and anxiety
  • 填写 预先指令
  • 精神关怀资源
  • 支持 for practical concerns such as finances and work-related issues
  • 护理人员资源
