This is a primary care outpatient clinic where you will receive quality, innovative health care from a team of experts who work to ensure that:

老年护理 serves the health and wellness needs of adults at the age of 65 years and older. Anyone in this age range can receive primary care in our patient-centered medical home.
However, our team is best suited to provide care for people who are:

当你感觉不舒服的时候, we know it can be hard to walk to another building or even another floor to get blood work and labs. If you need blood tests or other lab work, you can get these done during your appointment, directly inside your exam room.
Your provider will come into your exam room and draw your blood or perform the lab you need. Your doctor will then analyze your labs and come back into your exam room to discuss your results so you don’t need to walk to another room in the building.
